About: Lisa Davis
As Director of Marketing, Lisa spearheads corporate marketing efforts, manages the company's communications, oversees brand continuity and develops marketing strategies to promote Marketwire's products, services and people. She is responsible for the company's continued exposure and handles event sponsorship across Canada, the US and UK, having developed solid relationships with public relations, investor relations and marketing communications associations and industry partners. Based in Toronto, Lisa started her career with Hill & Knowlton Canada and for the past 13 years has worked to further develop the marketing function within Marketwire. Lisa holds an honors degree in Communications and a diploma in Journalism, and is an active member of The Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS).
